Leetex's Construction and Architectural Division strives to understand the needs of our client in regards to the intended use of the project. Our construction professionals are committed to project excellence which involves each stage of project development from designing, estimating, value engineering, purchasing to project management. Our team develops realistic schedules, accurate competitive pricing, and a personal commitment to the quality of our end product.
Leetex's Quality Control and Inspection Division assists federal agencies, owners, developers, and financial institutions with protecting their interests with existing projects and new construction projects. We perform on-site reviews of new/rehab construction projects to ensure builders are constructing to plans and specifications, code, and ADA/UFAS requirements. We also perform on-site reviews of existing projects to identify needs assessments, critical/noncritical repairs, draw requests, occupancy requests, and warranty inspections.
